I took the kids to get their flu shots and Kael was told he had to get a shot. He was NOT happy. Elara refused to look and Eden was ok with it because she didn't want the spray up her nose.
Then, Kael found out they did have the nose spray and he could have it and life was better again. Elara still wasn't happy, and Eden was so mad she couldn't get a shot. She was so upset we ended up just giving her a shot and as soon as it was over life was better.
More sleeping kids...
Connor at 6 months and a week.
The young women were in charge of the booths at our ward fall festival. I created the signs for the different stations. I also created a box for the Pick a Pop Game. It's a lot harder to make a wooden box than I thought.
The kids painted the box so yaaaaa.
We got our Christmas tree up around November 8th. Derek's schedule was scheduled to be so busy from before Thanksgiving until after New Years so we wanted plenty of time to celebrate. It took us two weeks to get all the decorations up inside and outside and it was so festive and a fun activity!
While we put up Christmas lights outside the girls got to work with the chalk and made some cute sidewalk chalk art. Then, it was about to rain and Eden was so upset it was going to wash away I promised her I would take pictures of it.
Eden LOVES the blue LED lights we have. Every year she wants to put them in the house somewhere.
Because who doesn't love seeing this kids face every now and then. He is never in the group photos.
We have LOVED being able to do firepits in our backyard and roast hot dogs and marshmellows. It is such a fun family activity that we all enjoy. Camping without camping. You just can't beat sleeping in your own bed at night.
