South Town Expo Center FUN DAY!

A friend wrote on facebook about this AWESOME activity at the South Town Expo Center in Draper. This was AWESOME! We spent about $30 to get us all in and everything was free!
The kids got to hold insects and bugs, jump on bounce houses, get their faces painted, Kael shot guns, met Princesses and Superheros, and so much more! This is a must do again sometime!

The bugs and creep crawly things that Mom had nothing to do with.

 The bounce house and slides.

Kael laser tag adventure!
Each of the kids got glitter tattoos on their hands.
Kael got a spider web and Eden got a pink sea horse.

Eden got to dress up as a Princess and have a tea party.
 Meeting the Super Heroes!

Kael's favorite!

I totally love how my kids know who R2D2, C3PO, and Chewy are. My kids are AWESOME!
We also met a TON of Princesses! Don't let Eden's face fool you on some she was SO HAPPY!
 Merida from Brave
 Snow White
Her favorite Belle! She kept asking where her yellow dress was.
Another favorite! Aurora! She RAN to Aurora!
We had a lengthy chat with Cinderella. LOVE HER!

Kael was on a super hero kick when we met Astrid from How to Train your Dragon.

Don't mind Rogue's butt. Just notice the super cute conversation Eden was having with Merida from Brave. I believe they were talking about her black horse. :)

All in all, a SUPER SUPER FUN day! We all had a blast and were so tired when we got home. It was so worth it!

Heber Creeper

We went with some friends to the Heber Valley Railroad aka "The Heber Creeper". They had a huge discount for family night, so this was our family home evening. We sure had a blast! I highly recommend this to anyone in the area! The kids loved seeing the real polar express like train! They had their tickets to give the conductor and were so excited, especially since they got to stay up late past their bedtimes. It was about a 45 minute drive to Heber and the train took off at 7 and came back at 8:30. So, we didn't get home until about 9. Elara wasn't feeling the best and was just awesome the whole time. I was so shocked! The kids got to eat popcorn, have hot chocolate, and they had dancing and singing.
Waiting for the train ride. They told us to be 45 minutes early, which in reality was dumb, but we still had fun.

They had their tickets and were waiting to get on board.

Our family about to board the train.

They said it was cold on the train so we bundled up, but it was quite warm and we had far too much stuff on us. It was just fun to be all cozy together.
Kael and Eden had to keep rotating who sat by our friends the Naylor's. If we were going to be here another year we would definitely do this again!

Random from January

Lunch at Hulkaroy's home with the Bradbury's too. Super fun times with friends!
These girls needed a nap and so they took care of it themselves.
 3D glasses, CHECK.
Derek was so sad not to see Elara in her Halloween costume, and  he found it the other day and just had to see her in it. So on the bumblebee went and the cuteness was awesome!
This girl fights her naps until it's too late. Then, she crashes with every single toy on her bed.
Dad and  his girls watching a 3D movie.
