Random Updates

Eden finally let me braid her hair and it turns out she loves it because it keeps her hair out of her eyes! It was such a happy day. She didn't want me to take it out and the next day she even asked for braids again! One happy Mom!
He can never be left out of getting his picture taken. :) Love that cheesy kid!
I was trying to take a picture of her hair, but she hurt her finger and insisted on me taking a picture of that instead.
This silly girl loves the swings!
This little girl loves the swings MOST!
Eden's birthday cake. I just did a funfetti cake that Eden picked out and regular store bought frosting. I got lazy with the poor girl. At least she got a 3 out of it though, or it can be seen as an E for Eden according to Kael if you look at it upside down... I'll take it.
These kids love the swings! It is so nice having Kael as my helper now. Who knew big kids could be so fun and helpful?! He is the best big brother!
The house ready for Eden to wake up on her birthday. The kids loved running through the streamers and balloons always make everyone happy.
We can't have a birthday without party hats. I took whatever scraps around the house I could find and we came up with some fun stuff. The kids loved to help me make them.

Eden really wanted presents for her birthday. And I think we did good. She got nail polish, a princess Belle doll, and Beauty and the Beast. We did a theme. ;) It was a huge fun filled day. More to come once I get the pictures from Derek's phone. Quick summary, she asked for cottage cheese and strawberries for her breakfast. We met Grammy and Grampster at Jungle Jim's Playand. She loved the roller coaster the best and wanted to ride it going backwards because "it is scary!" She also loved the bumper cars. Kael would have stayed in the cars all day. He told me the roller coaster is going to give him nightmares. Then, we went to Red Robin for lunch and she got free chicken strips. Then, came home and sang, had cake, blew out candles, opened presents, and took a nap! We watched Beauty and the Beast that night and it was a big fun day! A couple of days later we even went to Baskin Robbins so she could get free ice cream. I think Eden had a blast, and so did Kael because he's been planning out his "special day" ever since.

LOVE YOU EDEN!
