April before baby came

We had a southern Crawfish boil meal in April. It was sooo yummy and this is a tradition in Texas we plan on doing every year while we are here. We thought we could figure it out on our own, but the kids just ended up playing with the crawfish for days before we purchased some from a restaurant. 

 Merlin has gotten HUGE!

 We had lots of fun playing on the playground on Randolph Air Force Base. It is now one of our favorite parks with its huge trees.

 Our community pool opened in April and we got one good swim in before Connor decided to make his debut. The water was a little chilly at first, but it was really fun having the pool to ourselves.

Merlin just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Before Connor came in April we spent a weekend planting some fun things in our yard. We got blackberry bushes and some jasmine vines and a couple flowers for the front yard. It has been fun having a yard to do these fun projects.

Random March Happenings

 Elara has become more adventurous than ever. Coloring on walls and looking for hard boiled eggs that obviously were not hard boiled.

 I did some sewing projects and sewed the girls skirts for Easter Sunday.

Easter 2015

 We had a neighborhood Easter Egg hunt with games which was so fun. Then on Easter it was conference Sunday and we had conference and got to have fun egg hunts and new toys.

Spring Break

Derek was able to take some time off in March to spend with us. We made some fun trips. We took the kids to New Braunfels for some hiking. We celebrated Eden's birthday, went mini golfing, the zoo and bowling.
