June was a fun filled bus month! School officially ended and with that came awards for the kiddos, parties, and sad goodbyes.
Kael earned the Thunderbird student of the month award for his class!
Eden received an award for reading!
We caught a turtle from all the rain we had that month. They were being squashed on the road because there were so many of them from the rain. We saved this big guy!
We took Merlin on a walk.
Elara split her chin open and the doctor refused to glue it... She has a lovely scar on her chin now.
Connor learned to love the swings and has become quite the toddler boy. Still not walking, but gets into everything.
Teeth came out. Before and after picture. I'm certain there is a good story like this was the tooth that came out with pliers because Dad couldn't get his fingers on that tiny thing.
The cuteness that is Connor!
Sometimes I neglect him. He doesn't seem to mind too much.
Derek took the girls on a Daddy Daughter Dance on the 18th, but that deserves it's own post.
And Sharice turns 31 will have it's own post.
Because having big kids is so much fun!
Eden went to a birthday party so I took Kael to experience orange leaf ice cream and it was AWESOME!
Eden does this a LOT on my phone. She loves taking pictures and videos.
He lost another tooth.
What we do when we wait for Kael at piano. Take more pictures! Because we are BORED people!
We got to party with some friends!
It included slip in slides with bubbles.
We met at splash pads and playgrounds!
We used large quantities of sun block that made us look like ghosts!
We read Harry Potter and listened to it!
We played dress up in Mom's wedding dress. No it would not zip up on me. It barely got over my hips. Thanks for asking! It did go over my head after 10 years though. Eden had been begging for months to put on my wedding dress.
We went swimming A LOT! The 3 big kids had private swim lessons which were AMAZING!
Connor loves the water!
Because sometimes Dad brings home random weird things from the hospital for the kids to try out....
And at the end of the month we said our goodbyes to some AMAZING friends. Being in medicine and the military is TOUGH for this reason. We miss the Bell's dearly!
Every time we move or a friend moves it literally feels like a hole is being ripped in my heart. It is such a hard reminder making friends that can impact your life so much in such a short period of time.
